Submission Guidelines
Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it follows these conditions:
- The paper must be original and not published elsewhere.
- Papers should be in PDF format and follow the IEEE template.
- The submission should not exceed 8 pages including references.
- Plagiarism should be below 15% as per standard guidelines.
- Authors must submit a short abstract summarizing their paper.
